Refund Policy
The short version
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds.
This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime purchases. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
Why no refunds?
SIGNAL/IDX is a digital research product. The moment you log in and view an idea, you have consumed value from the Service that cannot be returned. Refunds for digital research products invite abuse and force us to raise prices for everyone else.
To compensate for this strict policy, we make sure you can evaluate the Service before paying:
- The homepage shows a full sample idea (the “Idea of the Day”) with no signup required.
- Free accounts unlock one full idea per day with all sections visible.
- You can browse 700+ idea titles, scores, momentum, TAM, and category data without paying.
Use these to decide whether the product is right for you before subscribing.
What happens when I cancel?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep paid access until then.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime from the dashboard.
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are situations where we are legally required to issue a refund (for example, certain consumer rights regulations in your jurisdiction). In those cases:
- Email billing@signalidx.app within 14 days of the charge with your country of residence and reason.
- We will assess your situation against the applicable law and respond within 7 business days.
- If a refund is owed under law, we will issue it via the original payment method.
Statutory rights under UK consumer law and EU consumer regulations are not waived by this policy.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at billing@signalidx.app. We respond within 1 business day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination.
